Production Schedule
Active jobs, committed install dates, and capacity.
How this page works (click to expand)
- KPI bar: Active = jobs with committed install dates. Awaiting EOJ = installed but actuals not yet logged. Variance = predicted vs actual hours (target +/- 20%). Charlie attendance = % of installs you're on (trend down as crew grows).
- Awaiting EOJ: Per Lee's rule, no job is closed until actuals are logged. Click "Log actuals" to enter the per-person hours for that job.
- Active schedule: Each job shows install date, days out, predicted/committed hours, travel, the next production-step deadline, and any flags (HARD = customer-driven, SPECIAL = special-order materials, EXPEDITE = lead-time shortfall accepted).
- Cadence: Wednesday installs by default. Production Mon-Tue afternoons. Friday is review/entrepreneur day -- no install proposals on Fri/Sat/Sun. See
context/charlie-weekly-schedule.mdfor full cadence. - WIP caps: max 2 production jobs concurrent, max 1 install per day. Settings can be changed in
tools/maestro-dashboard/data/production_config.json(settings page coming). - Add a job: "+ New job on schedule" (top of page) walks through intake. "Shop board" is the dark-theme display for shop monitors.
